He was hands on in terms of helping seek approval for the works with our freeholders answering all their questions as well as completing the planning permission process with the local council on our behalf. During the build he provided thorough drawings of where the new walls would go, where the new electrical points and fire alarms would be located he really covered all bases. He is very professional and accommodating when we did want to make changes. He suggested the builder Alban and he and his team were amazing. The works were completed within a reasonable timeframe and the quality of work was very high. We are very happy with the completed project and would recommend them both.”
