A serene, modern sanctuary shaped for quiet luxury living
Tennyson Road represents a comprehensive architectural and interior transformation, where our studio reimagined a traditional London home into a refined, contemporary sanctuary. The project involved a full-scale redesign across multiple floors — opening up the property, enhancing natural light, and creating a seamless flow between living, dining and private spaces.
From the moment you enter, the home is defined by calm tonal palettes, bespoke joinery, and an elegant composition of materials. Soft curves, sculptural furniture pieces and layered textures bring warmth to the minimalist architecture, while carefully considered sightlines create long, uninterrupted visual connections from the front reception through to the landscaped garden.
The kitchen, designed as the heart of the home, features custom cabinetry in a muted sage finish, oversized porcelain flooring, and a generous island perfect for hosting. Elevated detailing — including black accents, integrated lighting, and floating shelves — reinforces the home’s balanced aesthetic of simplicity and sophistication.
Upstairs, the master suite was reconfigured into a private retreat. A split-level layout, panoramic glazing and a dedicated lounge space bring a boutique-hotel feel, enhanced by bespoke wardrobes and tactile finishes. Secondary bedrooms and bathrooms follow the same language of calm luxury, with soft neutrals, warm timber flooring, and thoughtful lighting architecture.
Throughout, the design is enriched by subtle contrasts: crisp white walls against natural oak, structured silhouettes paired with plush fabrics, and a restrained colour palette accented by muted greens. Every space is cohesive, refined and meticulously finished — embodying our studio’s approach to considered, elevated living.
